A method of calculation of optimal program control for a linear dynamic system with nonlinear terminal constraints, which is based on solution of a sequence of linear auxiliary optimal control problems, is suggested. Applicability of procedures of the method for implementation of optimal feedback in real time regime is substantiated. Results of numerical experiments are presented.

The initial problem of terminal control with delay and variables, whose velocity is of order of unity and that of small parameter, by virtue of necessary optimality condition is reduced to a perturbed boundary-value problem with deviating arguments. Under conditions (proposals) of the known general solution and conditionally constant (stable) solution of the generating system, we derive asymptotic solution of boundary-value problem with application of the averaging method.

Computer simulation practical results of compressing some classes of images are presented. Before encoding the image is separated into two parts: objects and background. The image separation is carried out in a plain of wavelet-coefficients. The encoding of each component of image is performed separately with different degree of accuracy based on JPEG-technologies by a generalized Fourier transform (discrete cosine transform − DCT) and also applying multi-scale processing of wavelet-coefficients.

The process of call center operation is considered. Analytical and statistical models of call center operation are developed as M/M/c/0 retrial queueing systems with losses. The flow of retrials influences the characteristics of the quality of call center operation. The statistical model of call center is developed on the basis of the Monte-Carlo method. The algorithm of statistical modeling of call center is depicted. The main characteristics of the quality of call center operation are determined and derived. Some graphic dependences are shown.

The approach to non-deterministic abnormal processes forecasting in the pulse energy conversion system dynamics through the estimation of the running transient convergence process is offered and studied. For this purpose the use is made of the geometrical and symbolic interpretations of synchronous time series qualitative peculiarities stipulated by the physical essence of both pulse-width modulation and phase trajectory convergence towards a limit cycle structure processes.

Contemporary research publications worldwide studying the danger arising from celestial bodies crossing the Earth orbit are considered. Probability of collision of asteroids with the Earth is suggested to estimate using the Turin scale. Methods of protection of the Earth against danger of asteroids are considered and their efficiency is assessed. Conclusion concerning perspective of preventing a space-scale catastrophe by means of radar observations of small planets as a direction of protection, and also of necessity of further improving systems of the Earth protection are made.
