We constructed the mathematical model of dynamics of nonisothermal consolidation of saturated by bicomponent solutions deformable porous media. The corresponding boundary value problem is stated, algorithm of its approximate solving is developed, results of numerical realization of the algorithm are given.

The proposed new vector criterion improves the results obtained based on the fuzzy c-means method. The possibility to apply the proposed vector criterion to fuzzy clustering problems is substantiated. The appropriate algorithm is constructed to allow one to perform clustering of rocks based on a predictive estimate of outburst hazard degree.

The modeling method for one of classes of complex systems â discrete dynamic systems with constant structure is offered. The formalized modeling problem statement, the mathematical model and modeling algorithm of system are presented. As a modeling problem there was considered one of the classical problems of the theory of systems, i.e., the forecast problem of the system state. The method is based on describing the system functioning in a state space by transition function. The approbation results of method for modeling of one class of technical objects are presented.

An integrated approach to assessment of disasters risk on the basis of heterogeneous geospatial information based on an ensemble approach to the analysis and data fusion technologies is proposed. It is stated that the created in perspective on the basis of proposed by Ukrainian authors of this article approach for risk assessment system may be an important component of the developed integrated intelligent system of monitoring and control of potentially dangerous complex objects and processes in crisis situations. Creation of such system is coordinated by SPIIRAN (and in particular, by Russian authors of this article) within the bounds of International Global Aerospace Monitoring System (IGMASS) project, initiated by the Russian Space Agency and supported by a number of national space agencies, including NSA of Ukraine.
