ACO-H Metaheuristic Combinatorial Optimization Method
ACO-H hybrid metaheuristic method for combinatorial optimization based on two population approaches — the algorithms of ant colony optimization and H-method is proposed. The conditions are obtained that define a convergence in value to the optimal problem solution. The efficiency of the method algorithms is illustrated by the results of computation experiment concerning the solution of a number of the known problems of combinatorial optimization.

On Relation between Sets of Solutions of the Main and Extended Problems for Control Problems in Elliptic Equations
For the problem of optimal control for processes, described by equations of elliptic type of high order, we introduce the extended problem and investigate relation between sets of solutions of the correspondent boundary value problem. Due to this we prove the theorem of existence of optimal control.

Relay Control of Nonlinear System with Uncertain Values of Parameters
Consideration is given to optimal control problems for objects described by systems of ordinary differential equations on the class of relay piecewise constant control functions with uncertain initial information on the parameters of initial conditions and on object parameters. In the problem piecewise constant values of the controls and what is the most important, the boundaries of constancy intervals of the controls are optimized. For the case when the number of constancy intervals of controls is given, the necessary optimality conditions and formulas for the gradient of the functional are obtained allowing the efficient first order optimization methods to be employed for numerical solution of the problem. For the case, when the number of constancy intervals is not given the optimization algorithm is suggested.

Fuzzy-system of Automatic Control of the Transmitter Power of the Adaptive Channel of Radio Communication
The general energy model of a radio channel with fadings is obtained on the basis of the interactive MATLAB system. The model is built on the basis of the equation of signal transmission from the transmitter to receiver, taking into account signal attenuation, delay and fading in the medium of radio wave propagation The method of removing fadings in the radio control channel is given and the fuzzy-system of automatic control of the transmitter power in the adaptive channel is investigated.
