On the basis of instrument of Bayesian approach and Markov chain, the recognition procedure for gene fragments is obtained. The procedure has high percentage of recognition 80−90 % and is simple and effective in computation. The applicability of the 1st order Markov chain to the recognition of gene fragments of genome of an organism Caenorhabditis Elegans is described.

The method of interval doubling, which is usually used for determination of solutions of the discrete Riccati algebraic equation, was generalized for the case of unilateral quadratic matrix equation. Efficiency of the suggested algorithm of solving the unilateral quadratic matrix equation was shown by the examples. Comparison of this algorithm with known algorithm was adduced.

The control problem of linear discrete system based on the minimax approach has been considered. The procedure of searching for suboptimal control synthesis based on the analysis of the mutual orientation of a set of probable states and equipotential surfaces of Lyapunov function has been offered. The effectiveness of the proposed procedure has been confirmed by a model example.

The problem of optimal control of linear nonstationary system subjected to disturbances, multiple uncertainties at the initial state and measurement errors of output signals is investigated. The general scheme of constructing in a real-time of optimal robust feedbacks with respect to output, which takes into account the possibility of closing the system and subsequent correcting control in the future time moments (the optimal closed-loop feedback), is proposed.

The algorithm of postoptimality analysis is proposed for determining exact solutions of family of knapsack problems including an initial problem. The computational experiment shows that the average time of solving the family problem is at least 10 times less than the time of solving the initial problem by branch and bound method.

We substantiate compactness of maximal sets of weak practical stability of differential inclusions with impulse impact, properties of boundary and internal points of such sets are under studying. For linear inclusion with impulse impact we obtained the Minkowski function, the inverse Minkowski function and the support function of maximal set, as well as criterion of point belonging to its boundary. Results are directed to algorithms.

For indication of the beginning of period of hidden unsensed transition of oil pumping (OPS) and compressor (CS) stations from normal to emergency state we propose the technology of determination of indicators, which take on zero values for normal state. The monitoring system was created, in which the set of informative attributes is formed according to these estimates. For OPS and CS operation according to the number and value of indicator element, different from zero, location and character of occurred emergent fault is determined.
