The possibility of spread, through appropriate modifications, of the well-known methods of the stochastic identification to multidimensional systems generating the data, which contain a limited uncertainty, was investigated. It is shown that, in general, only an approximating model of the reduced order with the biased estimates of its parameters can be restored correctly. For systems with different structural properties and signal-to-noise ratio it is found how the parameters of the truncated model coordinate with the dynamic characteristics of the investigated object.

We developed procedure of synthesis of controlling functions, which are realized by means of special structures of switching feedbacks, for stabilization of marine mobile objects in the given domain of functioning and course of motion. Conditions of robust correction of control under incomplete specificity of stabilization process were considered. We adduced the results of modeling, which show efficiency of the suggested approach in comparison with existing methods of control.

The problem of monitoring degeneration of complex engineering systems in algebraic formulation is considered. The stated problem is solved quantitatively, using the degeneration functionals, designed on the spectrum of singular numbers of criterial matrices. The methods of designing criterial matrices of complex engineering systems are given.

It is shown that for the pair of bases two types of symmetry are possible, but in nature there has been realized more effective method for information recording and reading. It is proved that symmetry of short sequences including separate bases follows from symmetry of sequences of bases. On the basis of Markov chains model it is shown that the symmetry of sequences of bases follows from symmetry of pairs of bases.

The method of perfection of diploid genetic algorithm of optimization by means of probabilistic reduction of duration of existence of individual was suggested. Average duration of individual life is defined depending on population size, based on Haldane's estimation of cost for substitute. Law and parameters of distribution of probability of individual mortality were determined by data of demographic statistics. We showed efficiency of method on development of problems of synthesis of forward directed neural networks.

The examples of the different hardware architectures of computing devices and software tools are considered. The structure of hardware and software architecture of computing devices are described. The comparative characteristic of the run-time of two block algorithms on different hardware platform of computing devices. It is found that the main criterion while construction of he algorithms is an optimal memory usage and delays minimizing while exchanging data between a host computer and a computing node device.
