The paper gives the constructive solution of the problem of control synthesis of linear and some class of nonlinear discrete dynamical systems, in which the main bounded perturbations have an impact not directly on the dynamical systems, but on their measuring elements.

The approaches to solving complex discrete optimization problems in sequential and parallel modes are considered. They are based on the use of ideas of the global equilibrium search method and specific features of
problems under consideration. Parallelization of problem solving process is carried out using the proposed methodology of constructing the union (portfolios and teams) of algorithms. The results of numerous computational experiments carried out on PC and SKIT-4 supercomputer of ICyb NASU confirm the effectiveness of the developed approaches.

Distributed (field) feedback control for instability suppression of oscillations of elastic plate, streamlined top by electricity conductive magnetohydrodynamical flow and bounded below by non-conductive medium is considered. The system is under constant non-perturbed magnetic
field. Control as a means of active variation of the object properties is realized by means of perturbed magnetic field, which holds the same equations as controlled object. Increase of feedback factor enhances system stability, therefore the Mach critical number Mcr increases considerably.

The problem of finding the actuator which has fault is considered. Using for processing the results of registration of transient this or that algorithm of
identification, one determines the estimations of the roots of the characteristic equation of the system and the characteristic polynomial itself. Comparing this characteristic polynomial with the characteristic polynomials, corresponding to the systems with one or another actuator which has fault, one concludes about the fault of one or another actuator. This approach
allows one to use the records of the transient, corresponding to various phase coordinates of the system. The effectiveness of algorithm is shown on an example.

Introduction of the new concept of "normoindex", which is subject to the rule of golden section is justified, examples of its calculation are given. It is substantiated, that due to the normoindex one succeeded in the resolution increasing of the diagnostic scale of indexing of the human health and
systems of various levels of the hierarchy of its components. Choosing the effective classes of recreation complexes is realized and scientifically argued.

New models of queueing-inventory systems with finite and infinite queues of impatient consume customers are proposed. Here level of inventory is reduced only after servicing customers. Both exact and approximate methods to calculate the characteristics of the proposed models are developed. The results of numerical experiments are shown.

The identification problems of the model parameters of filtration-consolidation in compressible media of micro-porous particles using residual functionals taking into account the total liquid flow changes on the
observation surface are formulated. Highly productive methods of identification problems implementation based on the analytical solutions of the direct and conjugate problems are proposed. Explicit analytical expressions of components of residual functional gradients for the model
parameters identification by gradient methods are obtained.
