In the survey article a new physical-mathematical theory of hyper-random phenomena that describes mass physical phenomena with taking into account a violation of statistical stability is presented. An investigation technique and research results of statistical stability violations, the basis of mathematical description of physical phenomena by hyper-random models, principles of mathematical statistics, the generalized law of large numbers, the generalized central limit theorem, and areas of rational application of the theory are considered.

Consideration is given to algorithm for solving on computers of hybrid architecture (with multi-core processors and graphics accelerators) the systems of linear algebraic equations with band symmetrical positive definite matrices arising in the numerical modeling of 3D building constructions using the finite element method. Some results of the proposed hybrid algorithms testing for solving problems of static strength analysis of some building objects and individual constructions are presented.

Consideration is given to the nonlinear models of the marine moving vehicles control systems based on variable structure of feedback. The control which provides motion on the formed optimal trajectories with maximum speed stabilization is synthesized, in particular for models with essential nonlinearity. The results of modeling of ship stabilization demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach in terms of energy consumption and control accuracy.

The analysis of the problem of cybersecurity shows that its solution is deeply connected with the solution of a set of interconnected problems and the features of influence of cyberspace topology. The graph demonstrating the topology of a power consumption system of a computer network for controlling a power supply distance is proposed. On the basis of Pukhov differential transformations the mathematical models of cybersecurity of computer networks of electric power supply control are offered. The criterion of cybersecurity is formalized and the minimax principle is given for the case of the worst combination of intensity of cyberattacks and defensive actions. The intelligent method of searching for an optimal cybersecurity strategy by examining the extremum of the proposed functional is considered.

The automatic control system of amplitude and frequency of electromagnetic vibratory drive is proposed. The frequency control is carried out by maintaining a predetermined phase difference between the first and third harmonics of current. This allows us with a minimum number of sensors to provide a stable near-resonant mode of vibratory device under changing of the processed material mass and thus to achieve its maximum energy efficiency.

Peculiarities of modeling technology of the process of operation of the municipal transport network is considered for construction of simulation model of a route of a city passenger transportation system. In the model the quality of passenger service on the route and harmful environmental impact of internal combustion engines of passenger vehicles are taken into account. The system "passenger-stop-passenger vehicle" is considered as a queuing system of particular type.
