Optimal Syndrome Decoding of Cyclic Linear Block-Structured Codes

ABSTRACT

It is suggested to use an extended test matrix and an extended syndrome to develop an approach to synthesis of optimal syndrome decoders with "hard" and "soft" solutions of cyclic linear block-structured codes.
