Sea Surface Statistics in the Case of Radio Wave Backscattering at Low Grazing Angles

ABSTRACT

Computer simulation has been used to analyze statistical distributions of the heights, lengths, slopes and radii of curvature of illuminated surface patches, as applied to the case of backscatter at low grazing angles.
