ABSTRACT

We propose and study a mathematical model of a sensor based on the piezo-resonator with changeable electrode air gap and constant air gap with respect to quartz crystal. Dependences of conductivity of piezoelectric sensing device on parameters of movable electrode formed by a cylindrical surface for which one of hyperbole branches serves as guide serves are obtained.
