Acoustic noise and hindrances, acoustic eco-signals including reflections from local objects as factors limiting efficiency of the acoustic sounding system in the megapolices zone were analyzed, the notion of the "density of eco-signals" distribution analysis in the acoustic sounding systems was introduced and its practicability was shown
