ABSTRACT

The rules of determination and the relations for quantitative assessment of urgent threats to personal data security when these data are processed in information systems of personal data on the basis of determination of threat appearance and attack probabilities, as well as of hazard factors of destructive effects, using the theory of fuzzy set rules and scales for conversion of verbal assessments to quantitative assessments are presented.
