Heat Regime Maintenance in Electronic Computer Means at Earlier Stages of Designing
ABSTRACT
Among the problems of designing the devices of electronic computer means (ECM), the optimization of the location of heat sources (microcircuits, radioelements, sub-units, and units) is of special interest. It is impossible to maintain high reliability under the conditions of minimizing mass, volume, expenses without taking into account the heat regime of each source. Therefore the development of technical and computer methods and algorithms for solving problems of optimum location of heat sources within the volume of the heated zone is the main task for a designer of contemporary technical systems.
This type of problems relates to the inverse problems of thermoconductance, to optimizing the multi-linked systems with the distributed parameters. They are rather complicated and little studied. The analysis of home and foreign literature indicates the availability of unused mathematical and algorithmical approaches to solving the problems of optimum location of heat sources as well as the absence of the tolerable mathematical apparatus for solving such problems with the help of computers.
