THE INFLUENCE OF THE SYNTHESIS CONDITIONS ON LUMINESCENT PROPERTIES OF ZNO HETEROLAYERS

ABSTRACT

The dependence of spectrum composition and intensity of luminescent bands on annealing temperature and annealing time of ZnO heterolayers produced by means of isovalent substitution on single crystal ZnSe substrate have been studied. It is demonstrated that emission spectrum holds visible and ultraviolet bands; the former is due to by centers of interstitial zinc recombination and the latter is conditioned by exciton annihilation bound by selenium isovalent impurity.
