ABSTRACT

A technique of rational deployment of the elements of a video surveillance system in the interests of searching a mobile object with a probabilistic character of the choice of the direction of its motion along the road network is offered. The technique is based on application of the basic provisions of the theory of graphs, networks, and of the probability theory.
