MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVICES FOR FREQUENCY MODULATION AND DEMODULATION OF HIGH-FREQUENCY SIGNALS
ABSTRACT
Approximating functions of the frequency dependences of reactive four-terminal and two-terminal circuits' parameters are obtained. They allow generating frequency-modulated signals or demodulating such signals using one device with different versions of the two- or three-terminal nonlinear element inclusions by specified frequency dependences of the transmission ratio modulus and phase in the modulation mode and the quasi-modulation response in the modulation mode.
