The Impact of the Finite Width and Shape of the Instrument Function on Errors of Spectrum Shaping in an Acoustooptical Fourier Processor
ABSTRACT
Expressions for evaluating mean-root-square error of spectrum shaping in an acoustooptical Fourier processor with space integration, conditioned by the finite width and shape of its instrument function, are obtained. These expressions can be used for development of high-precision acoustooptical Fourier processors.
