Cybernetics and Structures

ABSTRACT

The Unified Geometrical Control Theory (UGCT) is developed on the base of fundamental concepts of modern geometry: structure, symmetry, fiber bundle, conservation, invariance, gauge principles that came from contemporary physics. Wide, flexible, and accurate definitions of basic notions of cybernetics as control, system, etc. are given. A geometrical approach to distributed parameter systems including continuous media and fields, together with their infinite connections with the systems of finite degree of freedom, is considered.
