ABSTRACT
One of the ways of discrete description of the area of satellite monitoring of the Earth surface for the purpose of its approximation in order to achieve highly detailed control of ground objects state is considered. For this purpose the concept of area of responsibility of the monitoring system, divided into arias of monitoring is introduced. A number of algorithmic solutions were offered which free the operator from routine actions and facilitate automation of the thematic processing problems.
