ABSTRACT

The problem of synthesis of the optimal technological structure of an industry and the problem of distribution of resources for its development within the framework of long-term programs is considered in the article from the point of view of system analysis. The paper consists of two parts. The first deals with the formulation of problems of synthesis of the optimal structures of an industry in the presence of the given number of technologies. The second part is devoted to problems of optimal structures on appearance of new technologies and to the problem of optimal distribution of limited resources between support of present technologies and formation of new, more effective ones.
