ABSTRACT

We propose the protocol of reservation in satellite communication systems with noise-like signals which enables reservation at behavior of competitions and uses the procedure of conflicts resolution. We have investigated the main characteristics of the protocol. The exact expression of the average speed of transmission is obtained.
