ABSTRACT
The multistage decision-making processes are studied with the help of the methods of fuzzy sets theory and the models of dynamic programming. The analysis is carried out with regard to uncertainly of the problems of selection of operation program, as well as to determination of the strategy of development of production capacity and credit policy of the enterprise.
