ABSTRACT

On the basis of the aggregative-decomposition approach the system information model of the subject domain «ERS in the Ukraine» is developed. The model provides a coherent picture of the considered multiaspect problem that allows to take into account the combination of characteristics of the model object, sets the stage for its research by the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis
