Linear Non-Stationary Systems Stabilization on the Special Similarity Transformation Basis

ABSTRACT

For a linear non-stationary control system the similarity transformation is constructed which reduces the matrix of the system to a Frobenius matrix. The control object matrix and control distribution vector describing the system are used to construct the transformation.
