ABSTRACT
The proposed system of imitating modeling allows to improve the quality of the proposed decisions on the social protection of poverty-stricken people. It shows the ways for increasing the living standards of the population, proper indexing of people's incomes and makes their theoretical foundation. The system can be used for calculation of poverty boundary, analysis of incomes and consumption of different levels of the population around different areas of the country. It can be applied to analysis of the inflation process affecting the consumption process.
