Fish Viability during Ontogenesis in Dependence on pH of the Aquatic Environment

Original and literature data about survival of fish embryos, larvae, fries, fingerlings and adults in dependence on pH of the environment are summarized. Basing on the obtained results, the optimal, suboptimal, and lethal pH limits were determined for fish.
