Higher Aquatic Vegetation of Water Bodies of the Town of Kiev

ABSTRACT

The species composition of higher aquatic plants and the structure of their communities were studied in 13 water bodies of the town of Kiev, including the lakes Almaznoye, Verbnoye, Vyrlitsa, Goluboye, Lugovoye (Opechen-5), Pidbirna, Raduzhnoye, Redkino, Sineye, Solnechnoye, Telbin, Tsentralnoye, and Orekhovatskiy pond N 2. Investigations were carried out in 2005.
