Atomizer for a Flame Atomic-Absorption Analysis of Lead Admixtures in Gasoline

ABSTRACT

The optimum design parameters of the atomizer for atomic-absorption analysis of lead admixtures in gasoline were determined as a result of calculations and tests. The atomizer practically eliminates the effects of host material and significantly reduces fluctuations of the optical density in the flame.
