ABSTRACT

The theoretical and experimental results of the hydrodynamics and heat and mass exchange in a superheated (metastable) liquid flow under adiabatic transport to a low-pressure region are prescribed. The results of hydrodynamic fragmentation of dispersed inclusions of particles are also given.
