Traditional aggregation operators based on additive measures are invalid to aggregate the different alternative under the set of different criteria due to inter-dependent or interactive characteristics of the attributes. Thus, to approximate the human subjective decision making process, it would be more suitable to enhance the fuzzy measure which will consider the dependency list of multiple decision making criteria. This shortcoming has been overcomes in the present manuscript by defining a new operational laws and their corresponding intuitionistic fuzzy interaction correlated averaging operator. Further, an extension of TOPSIS method is developed by combining the proposed operator with Choquet based Hamming distance. An illustrative example has been given for demonstrating the approach.
