ABSTRACT

Contact thermal resistance is a thermophysical factor which is essential for the characterization of heat transfer in a multilayer material. We have developed an analytical model which helps to determine, from experimental data, the values of contact thermal resistance between adjacent layers in the case of a two-layer system.
