ACTIVE FLUTTER SUPPRESSION OF A HIGH ASPECT RATIO WING AIRCRAFT

ABSTRACT
The paper presents a flutter computation technique for transport aircraft, which uses a mathematical model with a limited number of degrees of freedom. The technique significantly simplifies the synthesis of an active system for aircraft dynamic instability suppression.
