ABSTRACT
Resistance of soil algae to the three classes of surfactants (non-ionogenic, anionic, cationic), used in the oil-producing industry, were studied. It was revealed that these surfactants affect qualitative and quantitative parameters of algal communities. Tolerance of coenoses and populations of algae to the surfactants was estimated.
