ABSTRACT

The results of the study of diatoms (Pennatophyceae) of Konchezero Lake (Karelia, Russia) using the electron microscope are presented. Seventy-nine taxa are recorded for this reservoir for the first time, among them representatives of the genera Denticula and Entomoneis, new for the lake. Fourteen taxa are first reported for Russia.
