Despite initially improving, at one year follow-up the patient's acromiohumerual distance had narrowed and pain had increased, resulting in loss of motion. A nonfunctional rotator cuff in the setting of greater tuberosity malunion and superior humeral head migration may not be amenable to SCR. %8 2019-01-07
