The direct assessment of CNT structural parameters involves application of such methods as high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, which, despite its informative value, is a quite demanding and time-consuming method of analysis that requires expensive equipment. The possibility of using Raman spectroscopy for a comparative analysis of the MWCNT adsorption characteristics and structural properties is shown. This method helps in determining not only the relative magnitude of defects in the structure, but also provides approximate estimation of such parameters as the CNT diameter and number of layers. %8 2016-01-11
