This expanded context not only recognizes the importance of emotion in ethical decision-making and moral behavior, it is also based on its primacy. In addition, I introduce the concept of "moral emoting" as an antecedent to "moral reasoning." Moral emoting enables a process of engaging with and receiving emotional response so that reframing and reflection can take place. The paper concludes by discussing the implications of adopting such a context. PB Begell House LK https://www.dl.begellhouse.com/journals/6ed509641f7324e6,1e4e51bf2376b66b,4efbb6e87a9723e1.html
