The model development is based on normal time-base error distribution. It is supplemented by means of introduction of a third parameter, the Hurst parameter, which characterizes the extent of manifestation of self-similarity properties in the process under review. Accounting of fractal properties allows a more accurate assessment of the process dispersion and, therefore, a more exact description of the real process of time-base signal errors in a communication channel. The stochastic model of time-base signal errors in a decametric communication channel is oriented towards creation of algorithms for clock recovery. %8 2009-03-30
