Expressions for the quality of a controlled two-pole element as a measure of difference between elements of its conductance in two states, defined by two levels of a low-frequency controlling signal, and the relationship between elements of a classical transmission matrix were obtained for the first time. The use of these expressions allows finding mathematical expressions for determining optimal values of resistors. %8 2009-11-09
