Use of Structural Color Analysis of Graphic Images in Information Communication Systems

要約

It is demonstrated that achievement of a qualitatively new effect, which implies that information must be transmitted in a recognized form, is important within the general tendency of intellectualization of information communication systems. In perspective, the receiver of information must not use any resources for processing the received information, but rather can use it directly for solution of very diverse problems. In particular, it is proposed to use methods of structural color analysis of images on the basis of their adaptive color tone and centroid transformation, ensuring a high validity of preliminary images processing for localizing and assessing their structural elements and obtaining a high degree of compression of videodata.
