要約

A 10 THz laser source of continuous radiation with the output power of ~ 2 mW has been described. The working substance is water vapor excited by the high-frequency discharge (13.5 MHz). The length of an active zone is 1 m; the internal diameter of a discharging tube is 32 mm.
