要約

The paper presents the microwave switch designed for a cavity pulse shaper. The pulse power of output signals may be hundreds of kW or units of MW with the conversion factor above 102 with implementation of the waveguide thee switch. It is shown that, the numerical analysis of the operating conditions of the mixed waveguide-coaxial tee conditions in accumulation and power transfer modes provides some grounding in benefits to the use combined waveguide-coaxial tee switch to obtain nanosecond and sub-nanosecond pulses. As for a waveguide tee switch, is implementation calls for providing the high accuracy of element positioning and more high stability of the pump signal frequency.
