An approach to simulation of the wave channels of the architectural constructions (city streets and buildings corridors) when calculating efficiency and noise immunity of radio links with Wi-Fi and WiMAX technologies is offered in the unified context of the circuit theory. It is shown that the developed model in conjunction with the "Microwave Office" application package is a good instrument for prediction of these characteristics.
