要約

Microchannel effect in inclined flange of the rectangular waveguide upon coefficient of reflection from samples with various conductivity located on flange is investigated. Numerical simulation and experiments performed at 6-mm waveband show that the use of rectangular groove in inclined flanges is provided for an increasing of microchannel influence onto the measured reflection factor.
