ANALYSIS OF A STABLE OPERATION DOMAIN OF THE CLASS E RING SELF-EXCITED OSCILLATOR
要約
The E class RF ring oscillator, consisting of two in-series connected E class oscillators, having two separated outputs of power and covered with common feedback loop is considered. The results of the oscillator calculation, simulation and experimental investigation are given with the following parameters: output power is 2×0.5 W, operating frequency is 5MHz, MOSFET BS170. It is shown that this oscillator can operate stable in the range of parameters for a single E class oscillator. The proposed oscillator circuit can be used in the high-frequency power distribution systems.
