Identification of the Technical State of Telecommunication Network Devices Based on Preliminary Clustering of the Attribute Space

Analysis of the specific features of telecommunication network elements is given. An approach to construction of control systems based on artificial neuron networks with preliminary clustering of the attribute space and principles of self-organization and recognition of images-states is analyzed.
