The paper presents the results of investigation of the characteristic features of pair interactions between inclusions in a dispersely filled elastomer composite with account for the plastic flow of a material in the layer near the filler surface (interphase layers). The plastic flow models the slipping of such a layer from the filler surface on material deformation and determines the character of formation of a highly strong bond in the gap between inclusions.
