The results of investigation of micro/nanostructure of the surface and the element composition of a photopolymer sample with end-to-end rectilinear channels of different diameters are presented. The sample was produced at the Objet260 Connex 3D printing unit, based on the technology of curing the photopolymer by UV lamps, PolyJet. The sample surface was analyzed by a FEI Versa 3D two-beam electron microscope. The sample composition was determined by the energy-dispersive microscopy method. The work is aimed at investigation of the material structure and composition on the border of special features of the geometry of the sampler structure, i.e., channels of different diameters.
