One Approach to Solving Vector Problems with Fractionally Linear Functions of the Criteria on the Combinatorial Set of Arrangements

We consider a multicriteria optimization problem with fractionally linear functions of the criteria, which is defined on the combinatorial set of arrangements. The approach to its solution is proposed and justified, properties of the region of feasibility of the problem and their use while construction of the method are investigated. The analysis of the results of the performed computing experiment demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
