Highly filled polymer compositions are widely used in various processes of modern industry, therefore much attention is paid to the investigation of flow of such media in various channels of processing equipment. All important factors to be taken into account in the development of mathematical models of the processes of flow of such media have been noted. A model of flow of specially filled rubber mixtures in channels with account for energy dissipation, thermal effects from mixture compressibility and wall slip, thermal boundary conditions of the third kind, as well as of the dependence of viscosity and of all thermophysical properties on temperature and pressure is considered.
